I have not received an order confirmation. What can I do?
If you did not receive an order confirmation, then this will have probably one of the following causes:
- Have you checked your spam folder yet? Maybe it landed there.
- Maybe an error has crept in when entering your e-mail address. The best way to do this is to send us an e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
- It is possible that the order process was not completed. This can happen if there are problems with the payment. In this case, please also contact our customer service so that the problem can be resolved as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel my order afterwards?
Unfortunately, cancellations after completion of the order process are technically no longer possible. Your order will now be shipped to you.
After receiving your order you can easily return it. The refund will be made within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notice of cancellation of the contract.
Can I change my order afterwards?
Unfortunately, changes are technically no longer possible after completion of the order process, i.e. no articles can be added, exchanged or removed from the order afterwards.
After receiving your order you can of course return individual items. If you wish to receive an additional item, please place a separate order in our online shop.
Can I change my delivery address afterwards?
Unfortunately, changes to the delivery address are technically no longer possible after completion of the order process with us. However, you are welcome to send us the correct delivery address by e-mail to email@example.com . The package will then be resent after the return.
Where can I activate my discount code?
After you have clicked on "Checkout" in the shopping cart, you will be redirected to the order form. Here you can enter your discount code in addition to the delivery address information and activate it with "Apply". If it is a valid discount code, the discount will be credited to you.
How do I return an item?

I have returned one or more items and am waiting for my refund. How long does it take and how do I get a refund?
Repayment shall be made within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of the cancellation of the contract.
If you have paid the order via PayPal, we will refund the amount back to your PayPal account. If you paid by instant bank transfer or credit card, the amount will be refunded to the account specified at the time of payment.

How long does the shipping take and what are the costs?

Has my order been shipped?
As soon as your order has been handed over to our shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This email will contain a link to track the status of your order online.
If your order has left our warehouse, but the status of your order has not changed for more than three business days, please email our customer service so that the problem can be resolved as quickly as possible.
My order is missing. What can I do?
If your shipment has been verifiably shipped, but has still not arrived after several days, please contact our customer service. Write an e-mail describing your problem and stating your order number to: firstname.lastname@example.org
My order arrived damaged or incomplete. What can I do?
First of all: Sorry! This is a very good question, which hopefully does not occur. If something is wrong and your delivery is defective or not completely delivered to you, please contact our customer service. Write an e-mail in which you describe your request and indicate your order number to: email@example.com
Please attach photos of the packaging, the product and the errors in detail so that we can process your request quickly and to your satisfaction.
My delivery could not be delivered and goes back to you. What happens now?
If the shipment has not been delivered and returned to us, please send an email to Customer Service at the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
After the return to us we will send you your parcel again.
Can I have my order delivered to a packing station?
Unfortunately we do not offer this option at the moment.
